About the Role:
We are seeking two highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Community Engagement Officers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of NDIS services. This role also involves maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines, roster management through close communication with NDIS participants and support workers.
Hours of Work:
We’re hiring for two administration position’s;
- Monday to Wednesday- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00PM
A valid Driver’s License and own motor vehicle are required to be considered a successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to NDIS participants, support workers, and management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff and participant records in line with NDIS guidelines
- Reaching out to external providers within the community for participant acquisition and networking
- Coordinate staff and participant schedules, maintaining rosters
- Liaise with internal teams to support quality service delivery
- Assist with compliance and reporting documentation
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and participant management systems, such as Brevity. Must also have proficient computer
- Strong reliability and consistency in attendance and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within NDIS, aged care, or healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry and management systems
